The Key to Your Cooking Show Success in 2026

If you've not read Atomic Habits, I highly recommend you read it in January.

It's one of the best-selling books of all time because so many people have been able to use it to create the life they want.

There's a very simple way to figure out what you will have accomplished by December 31st.

It will simply be a result of what actions you took on a daily basis in the 364 days leading up to December 31st.

That's it.

Where you are at the end of any year is simply a total of what you spent your time doing every day during that year.

You create the future you want by creating habits that will deliver that future.

If you create habits that produce a full-length cooking video every week, plus two to three Shorts every week, by the end of the year, you will have 50 full-length cooking videos plus over 100 Shorts.

That means you will have your own food TV channel that you can make a lot of money with.

If you create a habit of making videos that teach people how to use food as medicine and tell them that they can schedule a meal planning consultation with you, you WILL start getting people paying to put meal planning appointments on your calendar.

If you create habits for reaching out to sponsors every week, you WILL start getting sponsors and then start getting really good at getting sponsors.

Developing that skill of getting sponsorships can result in you making several hundred thousand dollars by December 31st.

However you want to make money with your cooking show is just a matter of putting in the repetitions necessary to make it happen.

Repetitions come from the habits you choose to create.

Where you will be on December 31st is simply a matter of what habits you live by between now and then.

Take a look at your daily routine and ask yourself if you stick to that same routine and those same habits, is that going to put you where you want to be by December 31st?

Because if you don't make a deliberate choice to implement some new habits, you are automatically going to just keep doing what you've been doing and keep getting what you've been getting.

Don't be asleep at the wheel on cruise control in the life you DON'T want.

You gotta take control of the wheel and be deliberate about implementing habits that will take your life in the direction that you want it to go.

Habits are powerful, man. They can help you live your best life. Or they can have you end up old and wondering where all the time went and regretting all the things you didn't accomplish and that it's too late to pursue.

Please beware your habits because they absolutely exist and they are working 24/7 for you or against you.

If you're not deliberately defining and controlling your habits, then they're probably working against you, keeping you in a life that's not as awesome as you would like it to be.

Right now is the time to create the habits you need to create the success you want in 2026.
